Gyrokinesis® class + Aperitivo

Join us for a very special Gyrokinesis® class by the pool at the beautiful location of 21 House of Stories - Navigli

This special Gyrokinesis® class will be led by our Founder Flavia Abbadesasa and will take place sitting right by the pool. It will involve fluid, spiral movements that mobilize the spine and create strength.

6:30 - 8:00 PM

After the class, we’ll head up to I Mirador for happy hour with a gorgeous view of the city, enjoying some time to unwind and connect.

The aperitivo will include a selection of light, fresh bites to nourish and refresh you—almonds, carrot pinzimonio with yogurt, bruschetta with tomato and basil, and a seasonal fruit salad. Each guest will also enjoy one mocktail and infused water.
